This app has helped me make more money on deals and save me so much time, it used to take me 2-3 hours to put this same info together now I can get this done in 20 min max, with pics and all the data I need. Ive been using both the "Property Fixer" and the "Property Evaluator" programs for almost 2 years in my 7 year real estate professional & investing career. Since buying these application programs I have bought 11 Single Family Properties and 3 Multi-family Income-Producing Properties all in great fashion with minimal stress. Whether youre a beginner or an expert pro with millions of dollars in your portfolio, this program will most certainly benefit you. Prior to this technology, I was a paper and pad guy that did a full financial breakdown from "Top-to-Bottom". With this found treasure, my effort & time into the analysis is drasticly reduced allowing me to spend more time with family, friends, and personal hobbies. I believe in smart-hard work, not the other way around, its just much simpler in my eyes. I hope this review helps as most other individuals help me in my selections : )

This is a great app. The only down side is it does not sync with iphone/ipad. I hear that is in the works though.

This application is well worth the money,comprehensive easy to use interface which ive been using for a couple of months now for all my properties it has become my home flip bible.Do yourself a favour and download their other application,Property Evaluator and you will have all you ever need for property investing.My only whish would is that on property fixer you could have a flip period option longer than 12 months,otherwise a perfect app.
